Quattro Associates, a new breed of partnership in META!!An Information Technology Market Access Gateway (IT-MAG®) is a new type of partnership born to respond to the new challenges facing international vendors who want to expand their market reach in the emerging markets with an immediate return on their investment.Technological developments, local market peculiarities, a tough international economic situation, business compliance, cost reduction but with increased revenue pressures and finding the right skills are all challenges faced by international IT vendors when they consider doing business in the Middle East Turkey and Africa (META).So what vendors need is an entity with the experience to give them access to markets quickly and with a minimal investment as well act as an extension to both their sales and technical staff.The IT-MAG® partnership is the first of its kind in the region and answer that need specifically. Partner Technical Enablement2.1 Help partner define a technical support team profile2.2 Help in resources recruitment if required2.3 Technical enabling including training on demonstration and VMWARE based demonstrations deployments and follow up2.4 Ensure quality of partner pre sales by regular visits in country and hand holding2.5 Establishing, with the vendor, the criteria for technical enablement certification on the implementation side3. Joint End User Marketing3.1 Customer workshops and roundtables3.2 Presence at the right events including supporting the vendor at regional IT events such as CAIRO ICT, GITEX , SAUDI GITEX etc.in order to draw presence and raise awareness3.3 Marketing and Branding in coordination with the vendor Marketing includes:i. Branding and positioning the vendor in the defined marketsii. Helping them write relevant case studies, success storiesiii. Organizing the above workshopsiv. Follow up on the leads obtained through the web site/web presence or the e-mail campaigns conducted on the vendors behalf.4. Pre and Post Sales Services Q4A leverages the competent resources available in the area it is based in namely, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. With a high level of skills (language and technology) these resources have been hand -picked form amongst others- CAs ex-support team in Lebanon. Coupled with the present Q4A resources and the founding partners experience an array of services can be provided to vendors in order to address not only the META market, but also markets outside the region. 4.1 Pre Sales services: Q4A can serve as an extension to a vendors pre sales force allowing for more effective coverage of both partner and customer/prospects within the geographic area of Q4As operation as a an IT MAG .As such, a vendors pre sales team can be seconded by a team of senior Q4A pre sales consultants that not only have the experience in pre-sales but often an excellent knowledge of the accounts themselves4.2 Implementation Services: the pool of technical resources that can consult on, advice and deploy a vendors solution within Q4As IT MAG activity can also be used to deploy projects on behalf of the vendor within META. Thus investments are leveraged and a vendors Professional services team can be supported by a team of competent implementers that have done IT management, Security and ITSM implementations at various large accounts.4.3 Training Services: Q4A can provide certified training approved by the vendor to partners and end users on-site. Trainings can be conducted in Arabic, English or French.4.4 First Level Support Services: As customer foot print grows Q4As team can take incoming first level calls and proactively follow up on their resolution. Q4A can provide first level technical support and eventually initiate on-site support calls backed up by a vendor specific support package.4.5 Demo Center: Q4A will set-up a competency center, when feasible, in its head office to demonstrate solutions to potential customers.
Q4A IT-MAG Level OfferingQ4A offers three levels of IT-MAG services to serve vendor strategy expansion in the META region.IT-MAG SilverThe IT-MAG Silver will provide vendor with a shared product/solution manager, a shared business development manager and a shared marketing manager.IT-MAG GoldThe IT-MAG Gold will provide vendor with a dedicated product/solution manager, a dedicated business development manager and a dedicated marketing manager.IT-MAG PlatinumThe IT-MAG Platinum will provide vendor with a dedicated product/solution manager, a dedicated business development manager and a dedicated marketing manager. In addition Q4A will provide 1st line of support from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week.
